KARACHI: The University of Karachi has formed a committee in pursuance of the process of verification of degrees received at the University, from Higher Education Commission (HEC).

An announcement of the University of Karachi he said that the Committee comprises Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nasiruddin Khan, Director Umair Basha Institute of Technology (UBIT) Prof. Dr. M. Aqil Burney, and Registrar Prof. Kaleem Raza Khan.

It said that the Vice Chancellor has instructed the Committee to carry out verification of the said degrees on the basis of available records and accomplish this verification as soon as possible so that after necessary verification process, the position of verification could be communicated to the HEC.
